Since age five I was fascinated with fishing. On my father’s heals, living in the Pacific NW, we chased Steelhead, Salmon, Trout, Bass and just about any other fish we could find. By age thirteen I ventured into the lifestyle of fly fishing and rowing drift boats on freestone rivers for Steelhead.

I have been blessed to fly fish in some of the best locations the world has to offer. From Alaska to Mexico, Italy, Bosnia, Austria and just about every state in the USA.

But my heart and passion for fly fishing always brought me back to Montana. It is now where I call home. Living along the Clark fork river in Western Montana for over 15 years- is where I guide and teach fly fishing.
Listen to the river. If you are patient, observant and listen carefully to the river, she will share her secrets that you won’t find in the fly shop. – Andy Wendell
Teaching and sharing what I’ve learned with others is what I do. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced fly fisher, I will strive to meet and exceed your expectations on the river.
